Subject : Clarification REGARDING verification of documents of OFFICERS of BS-17 TO BS-20 for E-TRANSFER

Apropos the subject
2. The documents verification exercise regarding e-Transfer for SS/SSS/Heads/Principals in BPS-17 and above has been started in all districts. You are required to ensure following while verifying the documents of applicants regarding E-Transfers.
a) Subject Specialist/Senior Subject Specialist (BPS-17 & BPS-18)
While verifying data for the aforementioned post, it will be ensure that scale and subject of the applicant and vacant post are same.
b) Head (Dy.HM / HM and SR.HM) BS-17 & BS-18
While verifying data for the aforementioned post , it will be ensure that scale of the applicant and vacant post are same.
c) Principal (BS-19 & BS-20)
While verifying data for the aforementioned post , it will be ensure that scale of the applicant and vacant post are same.
You are therefore requested to conduct documents verification process as per guidelines / instructions.
